Time & Attendance Software Product Terms
Provider: Wages Canada Inc.
These Product Terms apply only to the Time & Attendance Software subscription offered through the Wages Canada platform.
By subscribing, you agree to these Product Terms in addition to Wages Canada Inc's Terms of Service, Terms of Purchase, and Privacy Policy, available on the Wages Canada website and within the app. In the event of a conflict, these Product Terms govern only with respect to the Time & Attendance Software.
1. Product Scope
These Product Terms govern your subscription access to a third-party time and attendance software solution ("Software") made available through Wages Canada Inc.
Wages Canada Inc. facilitates plan selection, payment processing, and software activation but does not develop or operate the Software.
2. User-Based Pricing
Subscription pricing is based on the number of active clients under your account.
You are responsible for ensuring your selected plan accurately reflects your active user count.
3. Plan Thresholds & Upgrade Notice
If your active client count exceeds your current subscription plan:
- Wages Canada Inc. will notify you through the app and/or by electronic notice; and
- any required plan upgrade or pricing adjustment will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
- Continued use following notice constitutes acceptance of the updated plan.
4. Software Activation & Third-Party Provider
Access to the Software is released only after successful payment confirmation.
Login credentials and access are issued by a third-party software provider and may be subject to that provider's separate terms and policies.
5. Fair Use
Use of the Software must be consistent with reasonable and normal time and attendance tracking for the subscribed plan and within expected reasonable limits. Wages Canada Inc. reserves the right to review usage that is excessive, abnormal, or inconsistent with the selected plan and to discuss appropriate plan adjustments where necessary.
6. Data Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of all data entered into the Software and for compliance with applicable employment, payroll, and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
7. Relationship to Existing Terms
All matters relating to payment processing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, liability, governing law, and dispute resolution are governed by Wages Canada Inc's existing Terms of Service and Terms of Purchase.
8. Referral Information
Wages Canada maintains a referral network and may compensate referral partners or organizations for introductions to our services. Where applicable, you may be asked to identify the individual or organization that referred you to Wages Canada. This information is collected solely for internal referral tracking and commission purposes and does not affect your pricing, service, or contractual obligations.
